One story masonry one-part commercial block form building with a modern side gable industrial metal roof addition (ca. 2000); faces south, abuts an adjacent building to the west and an open yard to the east; entrance at the west bay of the facade flanked to the east by a double 4/4 replacement window; modern aluminum-framed storefront system; painted brick veneer at the facade with applied vinyl siding at the east elevation (ca. 2000); continuous brick foundation.
