A commercial building located in downtown Guntersville, Alabama, 2316 Taylor Street is a brick building with two stories and a flat roof. The original construction of the building dates to the mid-1930s as a one-story commercial building. The addition of a second floor occurred between the mid-1930s and late 1940s according to a Sanborn map created in 1948. The building was remodeled around 1985 into what it looks like today. Currently, the building is the Sand Mountain Bureau office for local north Alabama TV affiliate WAFF-48 TV.
