This marker is located in front of the Memorial Amphitheater on the University of North Alabama's Campus.
The text on the marker reads: "Lt. Chadwick McFall Barber proudly served his country with distinction and paid the ultimate sacrifice when he was killed in action January 8, 1969, in the Republic of Vietnam. This bronze statue captures his likeness. Ola McFall Barber, David McFall, Rosemarie McFall, and Frances McFall donated this statue and the limestone markers in Lt. Barber's memory."
