Letter from Thomas L. Jones to his sister Caroline regarding the suicide of their brother Edmund Jones. Thomas recounted Edmund's affliction and expressed shock and dismay. He wrote words of consolation, and encouragement to have faith. I envelope and 6 handwritten pages.
