Callaway estate in LaGrange, Georgia, titled \"Hills and Dales\" and measured and drawn by G.M. Collins and G.C. Brinson in 1930. The painting shows the grounds of the estate from the point of view of an observer looking down from above onto paths and hedges laid out in geometric designs, grass, ornamental plants, trees, terraces, borders and circles of stone, steps, and a foot bridge. The painting is surrounded by a brown border. There are two stickers in the upper left corner which read: \"29\" and \"School of Architecture Architectural Renderings, RG 457, Original number 29 (29).\" There is a fancy circle in the lower right corner that gives the title, date, artists' names, and the words: \"Ala.
